At VEDYANA HERBAL, we strive to provide high-quality herbal and Ayurvedic products to our customers. Due to the nature of herbal products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product safety, hygiene, and authenticity.
All herbal and Ayurvedic products sold by VEDYANA HERBAL are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Taste, smell, or texture preferences
Incorrect usage or storage by customer
Opened or used products
Personal dislike of the product
If you receive:
A damaged product
A leaking package
A defective item
A wrong item
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Return requests for such cases are accepted only within 7 days from the delivery date.
To process any damage or wrong-product claim, customers must provide:
Clear unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
Unboxing photos/images
Photos of shipping label and packaging
Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for approval.
Once your request is approved:
We will provide return instructions.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Returned item will be inspected after receipt.
Refunds are issued only after:
Receiving the returned product
Inspection and verification of the issue by our team
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
