  • After placing your order, our team will call you on your registered phone number to confirm the order

  • Once confirmed, we will notify you when your order is ready for dispatch

  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on your location

🌍 International Shipping

  • USA: 10–20 business days after dispatch

  • Other countries: 15–25 business days after dispatch

DDP Shipping (Duties Paid):

  • All international orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service

  • This means you do not need to pay any customs duties or import taxes

  • You will not have to worry about tariffs or additional charges at delivery

  • In rare cases where additional charges are applied by local authorities, we will assist in resolving the issue.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier partners

📦 Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS

🚫 Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
